Best all day brunch cafe in springfield 🤩🙌🏼

Had a girls brunch here. The ordering system was very easy and they have a great selection. Food came out fast and the gentleman that helped behind the counter was awesome! He had a great sense of humor dealing with us girls! Definitely will be returning!

Genuinely so delicious. Was recommended this place but a local and I'm so glad the husband and I stopped in. We got a caramel marshmallow latte thing that tasted like campfire toasted marshmallows, but we were there specifically because we wanted pastries. He got a Danish and I got the triple very muffin and honestly both were absolutely divine. I love a blueberry muffin as it is, but theirs are so soft and they don't slump even a little on the very flavor. The Danish was delightfully flaky and filled with a praline sort of filling, which was just the right amount of sweet. Highly recommend getting your baked goods warmed as well! Well be coming here again next time we're in Springfield

Great sandwiches - the one place in town that actually puts enough meat on the sandwich. The breads they use are fantastic as well. The box lunches (catering menu) are great for meetings both small and large. The service is exemplary as well.

The Staple nails over 30 grams of protein in a single breakfast sandwich. House made egg patties, cheddar, bacon (or sausage)—simple, familiar, but in perfect balance. It’s rare to have an option for breakfast with this much protein. For anyone looking for a filling, healthy option to start their day, this is it!! Bonus points… The kids love it!
