Airship Coffee at 5th Street

I really want to love this location. The space is creative, well-branded, and overall has so much potential. That said, after visiting five or more times over the last few months, I’ve consistently had disappointing experiences. The staff often seems disengaged or unfriendly. Super simple interactions (like mentioning that the restroom is out of supplies) are extremely awkward. The restroom is frequently without paper towels (with no backup option), the toilet paper isn’t placed properly, and the soap dispenser has never worked. Cleanliness needs major attention: dust, flies, and hair are noticeable in the seating area on several visits. Drink presentation is another area for improvement. Even when ordering “for here,” the drinks are served in paper cups and often arrive lukewarm at best. I’m hopeful things will improve because this spot truly has endless potential. It just needs some love and integrity.

Very busy place right near our airbnb. The baristas were very nice. Lots of space for different size groups. I had the honey bliss latte. It wasn't all that warm and the taste was not awesome but it has cool art on top

Best espresso drinks in NWA hands down! The location at 5th Street is a great place to work and has tons of outdoor seating. Their coffee canister club is an incredible deal. We also love their location on the trail at Coler!! Super friendly staff and great people all around. Our kids love the hot chocolate.

Love this low key coffee shop! Lots of options and the cold brew is *salt off the elbow* delish. The place is super cool and lots of room outside to sit with your pup. Highly recommend trying this awesome spot if you’re in NWA. ☕️

Very hip and cool looking coffee shop. The staff work here are nice and welcoming. The environment is so cool and laid back. It has an outdoor as well as indoor seating. I ordered an iced mocha and spent some time here. The coffee was pretty decent. But more then the coffee I liked there indoor vibe with cool speaker system and benches.
