I just stopped by here, first time. Right away the greeting was amazing, I didn’t know what to get, suggestions on point! I got the Nirvana, and the coffee cake! All delicious! Highly recommend this spot!

This was our first time placing a morning mobile order at this location, and unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We placed the order 10 minutes before arriving, yet still waited more than 10 additional minutes once we got there—20 minutes total for an iced coffee. In my experience, people use mobile ordering because they’re short on time. The window was closed, no one acknowledged those of us waiting, and our drink wasn’t prepared until after we had already been standing there for 10 minutes. That’s simply not acceptable. It didn’t seem like the team was prepared for the morning rush, especially with customers who took the time to preorder their drinks.

As a customer who spends $154 to $308 dollars monthly, which equals to $1,848 to $3,696 a year at Cali Coffee. I was disappointed on my birthday to be informed that my birthday drink would not be for free, instead it would be discounted at 1/2 off. I was surprised because in previous years it was for FREE. In fact I was informed the day before and during the placement of my order it would be for free. However by the time I got to the window a different young lady told me it would be 1/2 off. The funny thing is the same young lady at the window was the one that informed me the day before the drink was going to be for free. Her explanation for the change was that people are abusing their birthday drink policy. Not only was she the one that told me the trick would be for free that day before, Two days prior a young men that I normally see at the store also informed me the drink would be for free on my birthday. The young man informed me that it was no longer the birthday month, instead it’s on the actual birthday day. If in fact, their policy had changed why informed me that I would be receiving a free drink. It appears that they changed that policy once I placed my order. Therefore, I will no longer be spending my money at any Cali’s Coffee establishment. I’m going back to Starbucks. I know for sure at Starbucks I will receive an email on my birthday, welcoming me to a free drink of my choice of any size. Not only does Starbucks give you a free drink. You are able to accumulate points a lot quicker towards a free drink.

This was a great spot for a one on one meet-up with a new interior designer friend - This is a drive-thru and pick-up window only eatery - there is no indoor seating- but the weather was perfect to take advantage of the terrace/patio seating arrangement 👌🏿 The drive-thru had regular and consistent flow which seems a testament to the delicious coffee options 👌🏿 It's location is perfect to slip of the main strip and jump back on. My friend and I always come here before work. The staff is incredibly kind and have such a positive vibe. It’s a great start to our morning and their drinks are consistently amazing. The coffee cake is also so so good! I think we’ve tried almost the entire menu and everything has been great. They also offer Pupcups for your fur babies, which my dogs always enjoy. 🤍
