1st time trying this place was a great experience! The attendant was on her A-game and was very courteous. It's really good to hear that this place has different milk choices for dietary needs. Highly recommended!

Best bubble tea I have had in a long time. We came back multiple times to try all the other flavors. Casey was super helpful, and explained all the different versions to us, as well as happily let us customize our drinks beyond what was standard per the memu. If you're in the Durham area, this is absolutely the place to go.

Lisa, the barista at my visit, did an amazing job with the drinks & made me feel weclome to the food hall area. I usually visit the Tryon Rd location in Cary, where the service is mildly chaotic. It was very refreshing to get a favorite drink and actually be assisted by someone who seems to enjoy their work. Give her a raise!

This is the newest Milklab branch, located inside the Durham Food Hall and the quality of bubble tea /drinks is as good as the others. I ordered the Purple Taro Latte, with milk alternate oat milk (at no additional charge) and tapioca pearls/boba. The drink was really good and the atmosphere of the place was also great. Parking was a bit difficult though so definitely plan ahead.
