Crema's Take
“Liberty Cafe in St. George is a beloved breakfast and brunch destination where creative comfort food steals the show—think cinnamon toast French toast, whisky foxtrot tango toast, and a legendary "steamy pile" hash brown situation that keeps families coming back for more. The warmth here extends beyond the food itself to genuinely kind staff and an inviting atmosphere that makes solo coffee drinkers and family groups alike feel at home, whether you're just passing through from Vegas or a local regular. Their dedication to doing traditional dishes exceptionally well, paired with quality pastries and light options, makes it the kind of place worth planning your road trip around.”

Seriously incredible food! My husband loved the pastrami and I Loved the ultimate grilled cheese. The kids ate every bite of their meal and said, "this food is amazing, when can we come back!?" They loved the burger and fries in their kids meal. They even brought out some fun army toys for the kids to play with while we waiting for our food. Great staff checking in on us and so kind and happy. We will be back and bringing friends to try it out!
On our way back to Idaho from Vegas. Did a quick search for breakfast and found Liberty Cafe'. What a lucky find!! The food was fantastic! I had the cinnamon toast french toast...SO yummy, hubby had the Biscuit Omelet which he described as "an explosion of flavor". The food came out very fast. The atmosphere is wonderful paying homage to our men and women serving our great country, and the owners were so friendly and welcoming! Not to mention the VERY nice people (customers) we met during our visit. I highly recommend this place!! We'll definitely stop again next time driving through St George.
First time here and I was not disappointed. The customer service is top notch! The restaurant was clean and so inviting. I oder the whisky foxtrot tango toast. Which is an egg in center of the bread cooked to perfection! With bacon as a side. I also go the buddy the elf " worlds best coffee". The barista was excited to make the drink for me. The food was so delicious! The drink was not sweet, but just right. I highly recommend coming g to enjoy a great meal amd drink here!!
10/10 good! I ordered the “steamy pile” which is a bed of hash browns covered with bacon, peppers, tomatoes, eggs, and an AMAZING chorizo gravy. From start to finish this was easily one of the best plates of breakfast I’ve ever had. I could eat this every day for breakfast and never get sick of it. No flavor fatigue at all, every bite was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned and layered. Orange juice was fresh squeezed, coffee was amazing, the entire experience was phenomenal. The owner came and greeted us at the table and I can tell you TJ is a person that cares about what he’s making and put a lot of thought into the menu. Will be back again for sure!
To start, the service is so great! The staff were all so kind and helpful. I loved the atmosphere and the place is very clean. The food was amazing! So great, we stopped by again on our way back through town. The ultimate grilled cheese is great and the bacon is perfectly caramelized and not too crispy. The steamy pile of hash browns had a lot of flavor to it as well! Definitely stop by here!
