Crema's Take
“This outpost of a multi-location chain leans on breakfast sandwiches and chewy bagels, but the Delmar location is consistently underperforming compared to its sister shops—customers report undercooked bagels, weak espresso drinks, stingy portions, and even a phone line where nobody bothers to respond. The warm interior design gets marks, and a few regulars do enjoy the Lumberjack sandwich, but with only 20 reviews at 3.7 stars, the data is thin and the recurring quality complaints suggest this isn't the location to try if you want what made Uncommon Grounds worth visiting elsewhere.”
What to expect
Espresso-focused. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu.

See all on Google →I love uncommon grounds and have been to many locations. This one unfortunately does not have the quality the other ones do. Our lattees were cappuccinos and our bagels were undercooked. We have been back twice and both times had the same experience.
The Lumberjack is my go-to breakfast sandwich and it’s a great way to start your day. Looking forward to seeing if their hours extend into the evening like other locations.
