My husband and I decided to stop at Peace Pie on our way out of town and the biscuits and gravy alone are a reason to come back! We got drip coffee and a london fog to drink. It was my first time trying a london fog and it was incredible! I paired it with one of the lavender shortcake cookies and WOW! I then had the biscuits and gravy which was incredible and my husband had their homemade pop tart which he enjoyed as well! We took a couple of pieces of pie home (the peanut butter and the cherry). We haven't had them yet but are so excited to have a sweet treat at home to remember our wonderful trip!
Order the Finnish Apple Pie. Apples were not cooked. They were crunchy. How do they not know the apples aren’t cooked? When you cut into it, you would be able to to tell Their original apple pie was also over spiced. Their tart cherry pie is good.
Cute place, parking seemed to be a little difficult depending on how busy it was in the area. We got the chocolate peanut butter pie, it wasn’t bad, but not my favorite. The chocolate on top seemed a little thick to break through, the peanut butter butter filling was a little firm for me as well, but I like more of a softer consistency when it comes to that. I’d go back and try another slice though!
Fantastic. Get one of every kind. Update - we went back the same day to have pot pie for dinner, also a great experience. Will definitely be back anytime we’re in town.
Great place to buy a variety of pies. We have been there multiple times and each visit was very positive. We purchased pie slices to go. Six to a whole pie. Slices are large enough to share for dessert. Tart Cherry, Blueberry and Key Lime are our favorites.
