Coastal Way Cafe

I'm not writing this bad review because I'm a bad person; I'm writing it so the owner knows he has bad employees. Today I was with my family, and the person who worked there walked away, and when we left, we saw him near the door. I know how difficult it is to build a business, and because of bad employees, you can lose your investment. Please take care of your business.

As a frequent traveler using Tallahassee’s airport, I often stop by Coastal Way Café for lunch. The variety of food options is great, making it a convenient choice. However, I've noticed that the same cashier/server, Tíona has been consistently rude during my visits. She often rushes customers to place their orders, and her body language—like huffing and slamming trays—creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Other patrons have shared similar reactions, exchanging surprised looks at her behavior. It’s disappointing, as the café has potential to provide a welcoming dining experience. I hope they can address this issue to enhance customer service.

Oh it was so good. After flying all day and not being able to really have food their Single breakfast sandwich with a bagel and combine that with a Brown Sugar Cinnamon Creme coffee. The service was absolutely perfect and the food was delicious. Absolutely would recommend.

No complaints. Small airport so it's nice to have a spot with a wide variety of options. I think the yogurt parfait was $7

Great place to visit whether you're picking up family and friends from the airport or just stopping by for a visit. Hot coffee and a bar. Features hot breakfast, pizza, and burgers. Super clean!
