FYI — charged roughly $2500 more than I could have just bought the machine myself. When he was directly asked about why he charges so much more his answer was because “he does all the service and maintenance “ ... He neglected to mention that he will also be charging $125 per hour plus parts for that maintenance. No point in paying him extra for a machine and still paying over double what a service company in Walnut Creek will come do your maintenance for you for. Do yourself a favor find a real coffee roaster and get real help, this is a snakeskin sales person. I bought a machine with him 3 years ago and regret every minute.
