Some of the best cookies I’ve ever had! They are always so unique and fun, but you can still taste the quality of the ingredients. Scott is a wonderful baker and is always coming up with the latest and greatest cookie. If you’re in Knoxville or just visiting, you must give this Bakehouse a try!

I have been a fan of Alchemy Bakehouse since they are started selling cookies in a small town in northern California! When I moved to Tennessee, I would have my family bring me the flavor of the week whenever they would visit! My heart exploded with happiness when I found out they were coming to Knoxville!! These aren’t just your average cookie, they are literally the most delicious works of art that melt in your mouth and tickle your tastebuds in the best way possible! I have had several different flavors and even buy them by the dozen for my son’s birthday every year. My absolute FAVORITE is the peach cobbler cookie! If you’re a brownie lover, you will never want to eat any other type of brownie again after having an Alchemy Bakehouse brownie. Chewy, fudgey, gooey-literally everything you could ever want in a brownie. If you haven’t tried any of their items, please do yourself a favor and grab one of these delectable treats!!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I absolutely would. The service is excellent, the cookies are beyond delicious. Nice crust on the outside, just the right amount of soft on the inside. We will be doing more business in the future for sure. If you are in the Knoxville area and want a delicious sweet treat I highly highly recommend this store.

First time trying Scott's cookies. They are fanominal. You can taste all the different flavors. Like this week's caramel apple pie. Starts off with a buttery sweet caramel taste along with apples and apple pie is amazing. The pecan pie and sweet potato cookies were also full of flavor and yumminess. Our favorite is the pumpkin pie cheesecake cooke. Wow just oh my gosh wow wow WOW. More cheesecake flavors and Scott you may sell quick. Pumpkin cookie with pumpkin pie cheesecake top. Yummy yummy. All of Scott's cookies are amazing. His baking skill and flavor combos and ideas are awesome. Actually cant wait to see what hes making next week. Thank you Scott. Also his sign was his idea design and his sister I think made the sign for him. Yet another awesome creation from Scott the cookie master.
