Crema's Take
“Bagel Kitchen is a neighborhood gem that's earned genuine devotion for its creative specialty drinks, especially the honey lavender latte that keeps regulars coming back. Beyond solid bagels and a full breakfast menu, what really sets this spot apart is the warmth of the team—they're the kind of crew who'll orchestrate your order with real care and friendliness. It's the perfect quick-grab spot with enough personality and quality to make it worth seeking out, even if you have to venture slightly out of your way.”

absolutely phenomenal!! the honey lavender latte is honestly some of the best coffee i’ve ever had. all the workers are incredibly kind and the belleclaire sandwich is SO GOOD!! highly recommend. such a great study spot, too!
I’ve been to this bagel place around 10-12 times because it’s the most conveniently located to my house. They have legitimately made my order wrong 50% of the time. I always ask for a toasted bagel, I never want a bagel that’s not toasted. For some reason this simple instruction evades the employees abilities. I’ve never had issues with simple order instructions at Bagel Beanery or Big Apple Bagels. I was even convinced to give Bagel kitchen another chance after year of going other places. They still managed to give me a raw untoasted bagel even after I reminded them twice to toast my bagel. Truly wild. I will never be back.
I've been wanting to try this bagel place for a while and it was a good experience! I ordered the bellclaire on a plain bagel. I wanted the vegan turkey sausage on it but they were out of that so I ordered it with ham. This was the only downside to my experience. The cashier was kind and the other staff made my order quickly. the inside of the bagel shop is cute and trendy with nice decor. I will be coming back soon to try something else on the menu. Definitely a great spot on east GR!
Popped in today, sunday, for a quick breakfast and got way more than just bagels. The team here is seriously friendly, with four staff involved in the orchestration of two bagels and two coffees. Overstaffed? Perhaps, but hey, that’s a management detail. The cheese-crusted bagel was top-notch – crunchy, savory, exactly what you want. The coffee? Surprisingly smooth, even with four shots of espresso – not a hint of bitterness. The atmosphere is maybe a little bit to bright and les cozy for a coffee shop, but also very modern and designed. Solid place, good vibes. If you’re around, it’s worth the stop."
Okay bagels. I’ve been here twice now. This last time I got the rosemary salt with herb schmear. The bagel was a little chewy and the schmear wasn’t that great. Oddly my wife got a garlic bagel with chive soread and her bagel was amazing. Not chewy and good taste. The bagels are certainly the smallest I’ve ever had from a bagel shop, I venture to say mini bagels. Worth a try for something different. Overall, consider trying
