Crema's Take

Tucked into a corner with an unbeatable view of the slopes, Grisini Coffee pairs quality specialty drinks and creative signatures with a newly expanded bakery and cocktail bar that sets it apart from typical mall coffee spots. The window counter seating is ideal for lingering with friends or settling in solo, and the bartenders seem genuinely invested in guiding you toward unexpected choices like their Turkish coffee mocha or Egyptian chamomile options. It's one of those rare places that handles the transition from morning coffee to evening cocktails with equal care, making it worth seeking out beyond the usual chains.

I love Grisini. They have a new bakery and cocktail bar. It's one of the few places in the mall that serves alcohol. Sitting in front of the ski slope is fantastic. I recommend it 100%

I was really in the mood for amazing coffee, especially seeing the pistachio signs and all. But…At the last moment I ended up getting the Turkish coffee mocha…the bartender convinced me that it was really good. 🦋 high price tag…not worth it 🦋 one small empanada is $5.40 really? 🦋my drink was all coffee grounds…I understand that’s Turkish coffee…but it’s usually in the end, so I didn’t enjoy my drink… Convenient location, in the American dream mall 🦋 there’s sitting areas throughout

A nice coffee joint tucked away in a small corner where you have the best view of the skiers and snowboarders tumbling down the slope. They also have some cocktails on the menu. HOWEVER, you are only allowed to drink the cocktail inside the store. The vibe is warming. The price is just right. The staff friendly. Overall.. Good Coffee. I recommend coming here!

Cozy place with several tables and counter-height seating at the windows with a view to the slopes where you can watch your friends. There is also cozier seating in front of cafe. The Egyptian Chamomile tea was good but the machine that brewed it was even better. Glad I went to my default drink or never would have seen that magnificent machine in action. The baklava was very sweet and crunchy. Had to force myself to no more than two

I'm mad into coffee and when I found Grisini coffee in American dream I was like I'll try this place (bc of cheaper price). despite American dream having a really nice Starbucks. And I ordered a medium black coffee which cost me $5 which is the same price as Starbucks and I don't think they should charge $5 for black coffee and they also charged me an extra $0.50 for an add-on(Carmel) and the coffee wasn't even worth a dollar. So in my opinion if you want to go to a cafe I think you should stick to Starbucks being that Starbucks is the same price and has better quality coffee. But one thing I will say about this Cafe is that if your children or at big snow you could watch them snowboard or ski from inside the cafe through a window so that's vibe. (Then it's might be worth it to go.)
