Bon Bons Coffee

I had just finished a 14 hr night shift and placed an order at the Lutheran location to pick up on my way out. I waited for 20 minutes while watching many before and after me get their order. Employees using badge pay were told the scanner wasn't working so their orders were free. I guess I should have ordered in person for my order to be free. When I finally asked if they had started my order I was told they had just seen it and would get it ready. I was then told they don't make the wrap I ordered at this location. I kindly told the barista that it was on that location's menu and she offered me a breakfast sandwich instead. I declined and calmly said it's fine. I walked away paying nearly $20 for a drink and no chicken bacon wrap while other Employees continued to get free orders. I've been going to various bon bon locations for nearly 3 years and that was my first bad experience. It might have also been my last visit.

First time trying this place, fantastic experience!! There are so many options to choose from shakes, frappes, smoothies, coffee and so much more. I ordered a mocha frappe milkshake and it was FANTASTIC. It was full of flavor and the chocolate drizzle had a huge effect on the drink. I'd give this place an 11/10 because of how good it was! Same prices as Starbucks or Biggby but so many more options here. They also have gluten free bread options as well! I'd definitely recommend stopping by!

their ft wayne airport location was excellent. perfect fresh ingredients with local eggs omelet and stellar loose leaf tea .

Love love love Bon Bon Coffee...better than Starbucks n my opinion😌...so many varieties of flavors to choose from, you never run out of options is why I love it so much...not to mention the excellent service and all around goodness of the coffee itself...

The person I had take my order and the same person made my order... He did fantastic. I think his name was Johnathon? He did phenomenal as I never been to a Bon Bon. He did well with suggesting. I'll be back.
