Atrium Cafe
2650 Ridge Ave, Evanston, IL
Crema's Take
“This Evanston spot captures that classic American diner energy with fluffy pancakes that locals genuinely rave about, paired with traditional coffee drinks that hit the mark for a quick morning stop. The pastry selection and full breakfast menu make it an easy choice when you're hungry, though be aware their service around beverages has some quirks worth knowing about before you visit.”

Best pancakes in Evanston!
Ordered and coffee and asked for glass of water. I was told to purchase a bottle of water. I asked for tap water instead and was told they did not have tap water. There is a sink right behind the counter. I’m not sure if this is the policy of the cafe or the employee, but this is pretty annoying. I’m not a big review writer. Just writing this one in hopes someone reads it and changes the policy for the next customer. The coffee is good.
