Mindful Coffee

It’s really nice to have a local spot with good gluten free pastries and serving organic. The atmosphere is very zen and the coffee was great. We had the Maple Sea Salt Latte, Lavender Latte, Chocolate Chip Cookie and Lemon Blueberry Muffin. All were great!

I have been waiting for a shop like Mindful Coffee to open here in this valley for over 25 years! Zero seed oils - even in their non dairy milks (Elmhurst brand), dedicated gluten free in-house bakery (DELICIOUS), no refined sugars, quality ingredients all around, organic/mold free coffee and the KINDEST owners and staff - these qualities will keep me as their return customer! Going out for coffee is often a special treat, and it should not be clouded by the knowledge that we’re drinking or eating something that is harmful to our bodies. Thank you, Mindful Coffee Co, for having the vision and putting that vision in motion for the people of the Treasure Valley!

Mindful Coffee is a new found gem in Meridian! Amazing drinks, a cozy and calming atmosphere, and the sweetest owners. It’s the perfect place to slow down and enjoy a great cup of coffee. I even bought a bag of their custom roasted espresso beans for home!

Beautiful coffee shop that delivers an inviting, beautiful atmosphere with thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Everything you could ever want… almost. The food/ pastry selections were virtually non existent. A 1ft by 1ft pastry container with 4 options inside. I made the drive to this cafe with the promise of a celiac safe kitchen for all of its pastries so I was pretty disappointed when I arrived and found that I actually could not eat anything there after all. I understand that this is a newly opened business and because of that I hope that there are plans to expand on their food options in the coming weeks. Please, please please consider baking some of your pastries with something other than nut flours 🙏. After saying all of that, I need to add that my coffee was tasty 4 stars!

This might be the most visually stunning coffee shop in the Treasure Valley, every detail is so thoughtfully done. I ordered the Strawberry Matcha w/ almond milk and it was truly the best matcha lattes I’ve ever had. The flavors were great; refreshing and not too sweet. Not to mention the presentation is extremely cute. I also had a slice of banana bread that was absolutely delicious. The girls working there were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Do yourself a favor and run to Mindful Coffee Co! 10/10
