You can’t miss it — it’s the cutest, funkiest little outdoor setup with dining and seating. They serve everything from coffee to chili dogs to Asian slaw dogs, and their menu is vast and mouthwatering! Bring your kids, your grandparents, your friends — everyone’s going to love the music, the vibe, and the super lovely staff. We stopped by on a Tuesday around 1:12 PM, and whoever the gal was working then deserves a raise — and free shaved ice for life!

I'm 70 years old and use a cane to steady myself after a stroke last year. My husband had dropped me off and the young man inside made sure I got down to the benches outside to 'drink' my delicious shaved ice down to the last drop. The shaved ice was cool and refreshing, but the service and care was appreciated.

Great shaved ice, but the only problem is that there's usually only 1 person working in there, and it can get very slow. I read on the Rock Road location that they're short-staffed. If you guys are, I would start hiring people. Management should be better. Other than that, great job to that one person.

We enjoy the snow cones but the customer service is less than average. We’ve spent over $100 the past 2 weeks here since it’s been hot and the kids all want to go. But our last visit-we were met with a bad attitude almost like we were bugging them by showing up to support their business. We will not be returning.
