This coffee shop is stunning. There’s something to look at in every room! The staff was very sweet and knowledgeable, however the coffee was not great. Tasted burnt and bitter. Maybe it was an off day? I would come back and order something else just to see the architecture and details of this shop.
ThreeBirds Coffee House is the kind of spot that takes you back to when things were made with pride and purpose. From the moment you walk in, the space hits you with that old-world charm, tall ceilings, vintage character, and a warmth that makes you want to sit down and stay awhile. The coffee is phenomenal. Smooth, full-bodied, and made by people who clearly love what they do. And that cheddar bread with butter and jam? Hands down the best I’ve ever had. Crispy on the outside, soft and rich inside, with just the right touch of sweetness from the jam. You can taste the care in every bite. What really sets this place apart is how everything just fits, the people, the atmosphere, the vibe. It’s calm but alive, refined but real. ThreeBirds isn’t just another coffee stop; it’s a reminder of what happens when passion meets craftsmanship. If you’re anywhere near Easton, don’t think twice. This place is special.
Solid pour with clean flavors, exactly what I want when I roll into downtown Easton ☕️. The room sits in a gorgeous historic building with tall ceilings and big windows🏛️. Prices lean high for the area.
I love trying new coffee shops. This one sets the high water mark. The espresso drinks are authentic, the tea selection is fantastic and the presentation of each is unique and traditional at the same time. The food is a perfect compliment to the atmosphere. The various nooks both inside and out provide a privacy while allowing a community feel. It’s worth it to sit awhile and soak in the history of the building and the positive energy from people. If you’re passing through or live in the Valley and you have a morning coffee ritual, make this part of your routine.
