Crema's Take

In-sīt Coffee strikes that sweet spot between a serious espresso destination and a creative beverage playground, where you're just as likely to find someone crafting an intricate matcha drink as pulling a perfect shot. The intimate space welcomes you to linger with reliable wifi and a genuinely warm staff, making it ideal whether you're after a methodical study session or just want to sink into the aroma of quality coffee and pastries. Their matcha program deserves particular attention—they're clearly thoughtful about sourcing and execution, offering signature creations like the Matcha Cloud 9 alongside traditional preparations that satisfy even the matcha connoisseurs.

I ordered the matcha cloud 9, and the flavor was nice; I like the matcha they used. I didn't make any adjustments and it was the right sweetness for me. The only downside is that the drink itself was a tad powdery, and not quite mixed well enough. After I mixed it around for a bit with my straw, it was better! I ended up mixing it throughout as I drank it. The baristas were friendly and made the drink fast! I came in the evening, so there wasn't much of a wait, and I was able to get parking easily.

Smells so good in here-- Coffee smells delish. It was late though, so I got a Chocolate Almond Pastry(croissant)) and it was delicious. The young guys working were so sweet as well. It's a small place, but worth grabbing coffee or your drink of choice and something to munch on.

My girlfriend got a strawberry matcha. She rated it a 7/10. She is the expert matcha reviewer, haha. She gets matcha from many different places to try.. she said the matcha itself isn’t very strong and they use culinary matcha instead of ceremonial. I got the biscoff cookie cream. It’s overall pretty good. I had to make sure to mix everything together.. definitely tasted better after mixing everything together. I rate the drink itself a 8/10. I rate the service 3/5 because it took a while to get the drinks. The employees were all friendly though. Overall I rate the place 7.5/10

Came here around 1:30PM on a Tuesday to sit down and study. There was a good amount of seating available and there was no line. The barista was able to take our order immediately. She was very kind and was willing to answer any questions regarding the drinks. We ordered a sweet matcha latte and strawberry matcha. It didn't take long for our drinks to come out. Both drinks were on the sweeter side, but if I had to choose I think I prefer the strawberry matcha. I think I would like to try the ceremonial matcha or matcha cloud 9 next time. Not sure if I'd totally recommend the 2 drinks I tried today just because they taste just okay, nothing over the top or anything. It's not the biggest cafe location but there is stool seating and seating against the window (there is more seating than the photos I attached, I didn't want to take photos of other people). Wifi is also available and there is a nice clean bathroom too. Overall, might come here again since it seems less busy than other cafes nearby.

Checked out In-Sit Coffee with my wife and we both ordered the Mizuba Yorokobi Ceremonial Matcha with a little vanilla sweetener. Nothing too crazy or wild, but definitely a solid matcha option. Good flavor, really smooth, and honestly tasted super close to the Aiya ceremonial matcha we usually make at home, which was a nice surprise. What caught my eye the first time walking up was the whole vibe of the place. The inside counter was really clean and had a cool look to it, kind of one of those spots you would want to hang out at for a bit. Plus there was a line out the door and the inside was packed, so you already know that was a good sign. If you are into a clean and smooth matcha without it being too sweet or bitter, this is a good spot to grab one. Would definitely come back to try a few more things on their menu when it is not so crazy packed.
