Crema's Take

This is a small coffee counter inside the Atlantis resort in Reno that serves Starbucks-brand coffee alongside house-made pastries and gelato—so if you're staying at the casino, it's convenient, but it's not a destination shop. Based on only 8 reviews, the feedback is scattered and contradictory: some people praise the almond croissants and late-night pastry availability, while others report burnt coffee, stale pastries, and rude staff interactions. The rating of 2.8 is a genuine red flag, so go in with modest expectations if you're just grabbing something between slots.

What to expect

Classic coffee drinks done right. Quick-grab spot. Pastries and light food on the menu. Open late. Family friendly.

I stop by almost every morning for coffee and normally the coffee is okay at best but today I was told the coffee was freshly made but it tasted beyond burnt. I had also chanced a pastry and it was so stale it was like chewing a paperback book.

Cake staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Spoke to someone about ordering a regular 10 inch Cake and was told they needed 3 days in advance. Show up the next day and it's changed to a week.
