Crema's Take

This beloved Great Falls spot has earned its stellar reputation by nailing the basics while keeping things genuinely friendly—think that cool friend who's always in a good mood and never judges your caffeine habits. The dual drive-thrus are a practical touch for Montana's busy folks, but stepping inside reveals a cozy, intimate space where baristas craft both traditional espresso drinks and creative specialty beverages with equal care. Whether you're grabbing a quick iced turtle or settling in with a chocolate chai latte and a breakfast sandwich, True Brew balances efficiency with warmth in a way that keeps locals coming back and travelers happily ditching their usual chains.

Love True Brew. Got hooked when I was working and we'd get drinks for everyone. I dont drink coffee but I do hot chocolate and chocolate Chai lattes. My stomach always gets upset when I get my order at other places, but not True Brew. Everyone is nice and as quick as then can be. The monster cookies rock too!!!!

I always get the iced turtle and this last time my drink tasted like nothing but water. I asked to have it be remade and after she kinda argued with me stating she didn’t know why it was watery. I don’t understand why it’s gotten so bad.. it used to be so so good but now it’s just gotten down hill and it’s truly sad.

If coffee shops were people, True Brew would be that cool friend who’s always in a good mood, smells amazing, and never judges you for ordering a second breakfast sandwich at 10:30 AM. The atmosphere? Vibe so good I almost asked it to marry me. The service? Friendlier than a golden retriever in a room full of tennis balls. The coffee? So good it made me consider quitting my job and just becoming a full-time sipper. True Brew, you had me at the first sip. See you tomorrow. And the next day. And probably every day after that.

We were travelling so we thought we will support local and try something different than our usual Starbucks. We ordered XL macchiato latte with whole milk and extra shot of espresso ($9) and medium Twisted Caramel Cold coffee with whole milk ($6.50). I wish the server told us that it cost extra for whole milk. Total 2 drinks were $15+ which were very expensive and the drinks were sweet and couldn’t even taste the coffee. It was very disappointing. I guess we should stick to what we know instead of trying something different to support local.

Cute little coffee shop! There’s 2 drive throughs, which is crazy. The inside is small, but cute. I’d definitely recommend going inside. Their service was very fast! We ordered 3 drinks and they came out within 5 minutes, even with people in both drive throughs. The drinks were good! Nothing super crazy, but they were good. I’d definitely recommend!
