Crema's Take
“Tucked into Bridge Park, this spot transforms a casual breakfast-and-lunch vibe with thoughtfully designed spaces featuring living moss walls and plenty of plants that make lingering feel inevitable. They've built real loyalty around their non-GMO ingredients and customizable bowls—though it's worth noting the menu has shifted toward beef tallow cooking recently, so vegetarians should ask questions before ordering. The organic coffee and tea selection pairs naturally with their health-conscious ethos, making it the kind of place where people genuinely want to return, even if the pricing has crept up over time.”

This is a great restaurant in Bridge Park, with a modern interior that has plants and moss on the walls for aesthetic. The food is delicious and is very healthy.
The vibe of this place is great and all the food and drink quality is wonderful. However, they’ve just raised their prices across the board and this is the 4th time in a row that the açaí bowl (a favorite of mine) I’ve ordered has literally 1/2 the açaí base that it used to which, sadly, is not an exaggeration. Rebol is great but it’s incredibly hard to justify continuing to come here considering the decreased portions and increased prices.
Vegan power bowl is not vegan anymore. I recently came here and there was a sign about how that use beef tallow in everything here. The menu still says that the vegan bowl uses avocado oil instead of tallow, but according to the staff, they fry the falafel and chips for the vegan bowl in tallow now. I could have gotten really sick from eating this and was not informed about this until after I ordered and personally asked about this. They need to update their menu. Staff was accommodating and I basically ended up with a rice bowl with hummus and guacamole. Please update your menu to properly say this and that you do not offer a vegan or even a vegetarian bowl anymore:(
BEST FOOD EVER! Great casual breakfast and lunch spot. Food is all non-gmo. Lots of great options to build your own bowl or choose from a precreated option. They have great organic coffee and tea drinks from lattes to matcha tea. The indoor seating area is nice with several seating options for small groups and slightly larger groups. There are also a few tables outside. I do feel like they could do a better job of wiping down tables and keeping tables clean between customers. Place is well staffed, and staff is welcoming when you first come in.
Will recommend Will return Decided to try this place based upon reviews in the fact that the food was all natural Good for my body. You know what I mean. I felt the ordering process for first timers using the kiosk. Machine was a little overwhelming and hard to understand being new to that type of food and environment. I proceeded anyway, but I should’ve went to the counter. The total of our meal came to $35 before tip, which I did find to be a little steep, but you’re paying for healthy foods and healthy choices so reasonable in that aspect The restaurant was clean. It was quiet. There was plenty of seating and there was plenty of parking free parking. Might I add you in the parking garage? The location of this restaurant was quite appealing to me. I hope you all enjoyed it as well.
