Staff is very kind! But they definitely need to hire a few extra people! Order time was over a 25 minute wait and I waited over 30 minutes for my order to be ready. This is definitely a management issue.
60minutes waiting time, when you get to the front to order they tell you “only serving pizza”because they are short of staff. Awful.
There was nothing indicating that it was museum guests only. We drove all the way here just to be turned away at the door by some lady. Very disappointed.
I came to the Bay Area Discovery Museum on a busy Saturday brought a turkey sandwich and a drink and a snacks for 4 kids. Each kid had a drink, chips and a frozen yogurt.The total came up to about 45 dollars. Sandwich was ready in in under 15 min. We took the food buzzer and played around the museum until the sandwich was ready. They have whole pizza but you have to order a day in advance. You can also bring your own food
Wait times too long for a simple order - like 30 to 60 minutes for takeout. They just need to premake popular items before lunchtime in batches to serve them, instead of trying to slowly make everything on order and having angry customers. Probably needs a new manager who can plan ahead.
