Crema's Take

Just outside Kaiser Hospital in Honolulu, this espresso-focused cafe punches well above typical hospital coffee shop standards with freshly made sandwiches (their Tuna Melt is a standout), carefully sourced beans, and a genuinely joyful staff that makes every visit feel like a bright spot in someone's day. The wide, accessible space and reasonable prices make it perfect for lingering over a specialty drink or sharing a meal with family, and regulars rave about how the welcoming atmosphere transforms a quick caffeine run into a meaningful human connection.

Everyone is super friendly and the products are very high quality. The area is really clean with wide walkways and fully accessible barrier free paths. The prices are reasonable and the service is super fast. Love it!

A shining light on a stressful day! This little coffee shop outside the hospital serves so much more than just great coffee and yummy bites. They serve joy, comfort, and human connection. Amariah and Ethan made my day long wait for my Mom’s surgery outcome a little brighter and a whole lot more caffeinated! Thank you!!

They are located front of Kaiser Hospital, best Tuna Melt They have other sandwiches as well. Everything is made fresh! I don't drink coffee, but enjoy their Soy Chai.

Small cafe right outside the Kaiser Permanente hospital. Excellent service from extremely polite staff, and at the higher end of what one might expect from a hospital cafe. Good coffee, with a limited food menu. Multiple tables outside near the drop off area, with free WiFi from the hospital's internet service. Limited downsides are idling cars and the bustle of a main entrance.
