I saw their recommendation under the "Newly opened businesses" page in the Biloxi Monthly. Thought I'd check it out. it's close proximity to a lot of busy establishments, such as Keesler Baseball Park, Memorial Biloxi Hospital, and the casino strip. Parking Can be a bit cramped, but great and speedy service was provided by staff. They we're helpful in answering questions about pricing, caffeine content, and how much add-ons are. What I love about this place is that they group their teas by base flavors and even include small icons to represent other flavors incorporated in their teas. I love this because I rarely see similar shops provide this, and I always hated asking staff a million questions about the flavors of their loaded teas. Social anxiety, am I right? 😂 They do have seating, inside and outside, but it's very small. The tea was delicious! I think the little message on my cup made it taste 10x better!

I tried High Tide Nutrition for the first time today! Not only does it taste great (smooth, not chalky like some others), but it also keeps me full and energized throughout the day. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable too! What really impressed me was how easy it is on the stomach—no bloating or weird aftertaste. I’ve tried several brands, and this one stands out in both flavor and quality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthy, convenient option to support their wellness goals! The protein smoothie was good, not great. However, imagine going in to get a smoothie from what you think is a local place, to be told AFTER you pay and are handed your smoothie that you HAVE to provide your information (name, phone number, and email address) because the federal trade commission requires it… To prove that they have customers. Because “we’re technically a club”. Then being politely pressured into giving it after declining, twice. I will never be back because of this.
