Choco-Latte Cafe
240 Main St, Bar Harbor, ME
Crema's Take
“Tucked just beyond Bar Harbor's bustling core, Choco-Latte Cafe strikes that sweet spot between welcoming neighborhood gem and destination worthy of a detour, with spacious indoor and outdoor seating that makes lingering easy. Their espresso work shines through in both classic drinks and genuinely inventive seasonal creations—think perfectly balanced cinnamon cardamom lattes and distinctive flavor combinations you won't find everywhere—plus fresh-baked bagels and light fare that actually complement the coffee rather than feel like an afterthought. It's the kind of place where the baristas clearly care about what goes in your cup, drawing regulars back again and again.”

Nice spot just on the edge of the busiest part of Bar Harbor. I stopped in during the off season when street parking is easy to come by and there is little to no wait to order. I’d been here once before during a busy summer day, I believe I was in and out pretty quickly that day as well. I had a London Fog and a danish, both were great, and got cookies to take home, those were also great.
A very distinctive and innovative flavor, you can clearly taste something different here — not a flavor you come across often
Great coffee both hot and iced. Ordered 12oz of both the Cafe Bombon iced and hot regular latte. Both were great. This place also has good food options both little pastries and regular savory items (tacos, quesadillas, sandwiches, etc). There is seating outside and in but note that no dogs are allowed inside.
A quaint little breakfast / lunch eatery with inside & outside seating. The food was good, fast service & they make their bagels in-house / fresh! It's not very far from the down town area, away from the crowds (about 5 min. walk / a few blocks) - It was nice to have the dogs seated with us outside too!
Delicious coffee and plenty of seating. I tried their cinnamon cardamom latte and my sister tried their classic mocha. The flavors were very well balanced and not overly sweet. The espresso wasn’t out of this world, but it wasn’t bitter or too acidic either. They had a very wide menu, so it was definitely hard to decide what to get.
