Havana Bistro & Cafe

Crema's Take
“This beloved hole-in-the-wall spot in Orlando punches way above its weight with kitchen skills that draw comparisons to New Orleans' best, especially their stellar pollo fricassee and satisfying Cuban sandwiches. Barista Daniella has earned a devoted following for crafting phenomenal specialty drinks that keep regulars coming back, though service can be inconsistent—but the honest, unpretentious vibe and bang-for-your-buck pricing make it worth the occasional hiccup. It's the kind of place where you get real food made with care, not perfection, and locals clearly wouldn't have it any other way.”

Been before 10 years ago it was better service.
I live in New Orleans, I know good food. Trust me. THIS is good food. Don’t expect the place to be perfect, this is a hole in the wall type place with a bang for your buck. Whoever is in the kitchen they know what they’re doing. I travel to Orlando approx 2x a year for work and I will be going out of my way to stop here in the future. Get the maduros.
Daniella is always amazing and she makes phenomenal drinks! I absolutely love their pollo fricasse. Highly recommend!!
It’s not hard to make a sandwich literally got a Cuban and a steak sandwich. The steak sandwich barely had anything on it. More bread and condiment than anything in the Cuban sandwich. Had one piece of ham you’re eating more bread than anything. Don’t waste your time getting any sandwiches from this spot. On top of all this we waited more than 30Mins to get two sandwiches and a drink, they’re overpriced for the foods and not be even good. Generally pissed me off because it’s not hard to make a sandwich. Also, not to mention, I literally paid seven dollars for a small drink if I’m gonna pay seven dollars for a fresh juice, you should give me a bigger cup than a damn small. Never would recommend it never will go back again, and if I could, I would get all my money back and also I should’ve never compare firehouse to a Spanish spot
recently had the pleasure of dining at Havana Bistro Cafe & Bar, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delightful. We enjoyed a delicious coffee latte, a savory beef empanada, and a delightful cheese quesito. The flavors were outstanding, and it's evident that the chefs take pride in creating mouthwatering dishes. The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, friendly, and provided top-notch service throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality added to the overall enjoyment of our meal. I was pleased to find that the place was clean and well-maintained. It's always a plus to dine in a clean and inviting environment. One of the standout features of Havana Bistro Cafe & Bar is the variety they offer. With options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a bar area, it's a versatile dining destination suitable for any occasion. Overall, I highly recommend Havana Bistro Cafe & Bar to anyone looking for a great meal with excellent service in a clean and inviting setting. It's a culinary gem that I look forward to visiting again in the future.
