The pastries and breakfast sandwiches are legitimately excellent (people specifically rave about the cinnamon muffins and bacon egg cheese croissants), and the staff will happily improvise drinks off-menu if you ask. If you're in Eustis and want a place that's equally good for a quick coffee run or a long afternoon of work, this deserves a visit.”
