Crema's Take

This Lubbock roastery has earned serious devotion from locals and Texas Tech students alike, with folks raving about the smooth, rich quality of their beans and the complete absence of bitterness that plagues so many coffee shops. What really sets them apart is their commitment to accessibility—they offer free local delivery and keep their focus laser-sharp on espresso and pour overs, doing both with impressive skill. If you're hunting for truly fresh, expertly roasted coffee that tastes noticeably better than campus alternatives, Day Break is worth seeking out.

I ordered coffee here today and It was incredible. I was impressed by how smooth it was. The flavor was rich, the coffee fresh, and with no bitterness made it some of the best coffee I have ever had. I would highly recommend this coffee to others.

I am a first year international student at Texas Tech and have been trying the coffee shops across TTU campus. Just had a Daybreak Coffee for the first time. When compared with other options , their coffee is substantially affordable, sizes are generous and generally tastes much better and wholesome. I bet better and more freshly roasted beans too. go have a sip at this local star, you won't regret.

Needed some coffee so thought I would stop by. Lady was eating a sandwich at the front desk and looked upset I interrupted her, didn't say anything and I had to ask if they sell coffee here because there's no signs or displays that would tell you that. I asked about organic coffee and she told me there's no point in organic coffee beans? I didn't feel like driving somewhere else so I got some beans and left. Won't be back. How can you call yourself a coffee roaster and think organic beans don't matter?
