“This espresso-focused spot in a canyon setting pulls consistently excellent, balanced shots that shine in their lattes without any burnt edges or excessive sweetness—a real standout if you've been disappointed by bitter coffee elsewhere. The patio views are genuinely spectacular, and the light food (think generous breakfast sandwiches and quality pastries) pairs perfectly with the thoughtful pour overs and specialty drinks, making it easy to linger and soak in the red rock surroundings. Fair warning: they can get backed up with limited staffing, but regulars clearly think it's worth the wait.”

We tried a few local coffee shops during our stay at Zion, but this one definitely had the best coffee. The coffee wasn't bitter or burnt, but was still strong. And the lattes weren't overly sweet. Would recommend!
Honey Cinnamon Latte was decent. The chocolate croissant was bad to be honest. Only one person working in winter so be prepared to wait. Views are a million bucks though.

The Canyon Coffee Shop offers well-crafted and tasty lattes, with marvelous latte art, and delicious pastries. The view from the outside patio is stunning. We love this café, and the baristas are very friendly. 👍💯🤪☕🥐🥪
