First time here, Quite busy, Really refreshing dessert and drink selections- I tried the seasonal flavor jasmine grape- pretty unique and I like it a lot. Also ordered Yuzu honey refresher.

I love that they made this inclusive without compromising flavor. (I tried this when I went for the 2nd time.) WAFFLES Mixed Berry Liège Waffle : Golden and crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside, with vibrant berry toppings that make it feel indulgent but not overly sweet. Cheddar Cheese Mochi Waffle : A fun twist that blends sweet and savory. The mochi texture gives it a nice chew while the melted cheddar adds a comforting saltiness. (Was so good I ordered it the second time) DRINKS Iced Matcha Latte Smooth and earthy with just the right amount of sweetness. It paired beautifully with the desserts. Grapefruit Refresher Tangy, bright, and a perfect palate cleanser between bites. Iced Ube Latte : I actually tried this when I went back for the 2nd and it was pretty solid. Creamy, sweet but not too sweet. And a very solid combo alongside the Cheddar Cheese Mochi Waffle. What stands out about HeyBings is their attention to detail and commitment to quality. Their bingsu bases are infused with real flavors, their fruits and purees taste fresh, and the presentation feels like a treat for every sense. It's not just dessert! The bingsoo is super fluffy and melts in your mouth! The coffee is rich and aromatic, pairing perfectly with the ice. The shop has a cozy atmosphere with plenty of parking, which makes it really convenient. Can’t wait to come back with friends next time!

They have amazing Korean shaved ice here!! Aka bingsoo! They come in multiple flavors. It’s milk based and very delicious. The shaved ice is very fine. The service is amazing and the ambiance is great! It’s a great dessert to get after a dinner. A sweet cold dessert perfect for the summer.

Amazing place to get bingsoo, waffles, and specialty drinks! My friends and I originally came in just for bingsoo, but we discovered they also offer a variety of waffles (including a savory one!) with the option to add ice cream, plus cafe drinks with Asian-inspired flavors like the black sesame latte and the yuzu refresher, which was honestly my favorite. The bingsoo is amazing too. So many flavors to choose from: mango, strawberry with matcha, chocolate, caramel, and so much more. Two things really stood out to me about their bingsoo was--Their shaved milk ice base is actually infused with flavor, not just plain ice and they offer a small size, which is perfect if you want to try multiple flavors. I love how they jam pack and layer each bingsoo with so many toppings. It really made each bite enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!
