Mad Batters

My daughter loved this place, so we called to reserve a room and treats for her birthday party, a week in advance. The person on the phone took the reservation. My daughter hand-made cute themed invitations for her party and handed them out to her friends. The week of the party, the owner called to cancel. They changed their hours of operation last minute. They would not even make any cupcakes or treats for us so we could have the party at our house. My daughter was devastated. We rebooked last minute to Papas Pizza, but no one came. I have never been back to Mad Batters. So cruel and thoughtless.

Mad Batters is amazing. We ordered a dessert bar with 4 cupcake flavors, cookies, and blondies for our wedding and it was a total hit. There was something for everyone. Going into the store for coffee and a treat is a total experience as well, the store is decorated so cute that you feel you are in Wonderland.

This place is amazing! It's such a fun theme and decorated beautifully to the max! The staff is super friendly and patient! I loved my iced chai and the fact that it came in an aluminum cup! I didn't eat my treats until a couple of days after purchasing them, they were amazing! I look forward to going back and enjoying the deliciousness of a fresh treat!

Mad Batters is a true local gem. The owner, Candy is so friendly and goes out of her way to make your event special. Inside is super cute with its Alice in Wonderland theme and the back room is perfect for coffee date with friends. Their bakery case is small and the items rotate so if you have a favorite, you should call ahead to see if they have any in stock. They serve tons of drink options as well. Seasonal coffees, flavored drinks and tea. Candy catered my son’s wedding. We did a cake testing that was just incredible and we ended up ordering a beautiful assortment for a dessert bar. They delivered and set it all up and we got compliments all night. I recommend the Sweet Child o Mine cake shots and the wonderbars. Other favorites were Devil went down to Georgia, hero cookies and anything chocolate! We should have listened to her advice on quantity because we bought more than we needed but having dessert leftovers was yummy and the cake shots stayed fresh for about 4-5 days. They also did a small wedding cake that was gorgeous and exactly what they wanted. Ask her about her wedding cake offer. She does something special if you are the type that wants to save a piece for the one year anniversary. Overall A+

Very helpful and patient server who not only recommended the seasonal drinks that were on sale (even after we first asked for more expensive ones) but talked us through at least ten menu items. The pumpkin chai was lovely, the pumpkin pie bar incredible, the atmosphere fun... I'm definitely going back for more pumpkin treats and to try the Cheshire Bar
