Bay Town Burger

I was looking for a better burger to try and so I happened on Bay Town Burger Co. I ordered Beignets and burger and fries. There was only 1 other person ordering in the restaurant when I arrived. I added bacon to my burger $ 1.59 and when it came, no bacon, couldn't find anyone to correct my order, only two people working. I enjoyed the burger and fries, but the Beignets made everything spectacular. The buttercream dipping sauce was heavenly. Definitely going back again. Kinda pricey, my order was almost $30.00 for just me.

Ordered on Uber Eats. The pictures show the burger coming with fries, and I ordered additional fries on the side. I received a small burger (which tasted fine) but barely any fries and definitely no additional fries. I am guessing the staff needs some additional training or they need to clarify their menu on Uber Eats to say you don’t get fries (in which case it is more expensive than every other place in town). Either way, the meal wasn’t worth the money 💰 in my estimate. Better (and more generous with food) options in town.

Good, solid burger experience. Smash burger had the right amount of crispy edge. They were great to honor my request for seasonless fries. Brought them out hot.

I’ve given this business multiple tries because I always want to support family Businesses that are local. But recently, the quality has gone downhill. The food takes a long time to come out. and overall quality of the food has gotten poor. Attaching the Photos of the chicken strips I was given. Customer Shouldn’t always have to bring it to their attention. They shouldn’t serve food Looks like this.

My son always order the Beignet Burger for lunch and he absolutely loves it. Today It appears as though they were understaffed today. However, the team provided extraordinary customer service. There was not a long wait for the food. However, the cleanliness of the dining area needed attention today. I realize that the priority was getting the food out. However, a clean dining area is equally important. This is the first time I experienced this issue.
