Chance Of Sno & Coffee

I ordered a shake and it was great. They had several different types of desserts there.

Delicious ice cream and friendly service! The caramel mocha ice cream was phenomenal. I got it in a tasty chocolate waffle cone.

I just got a cone with Black Hawaii ice cream. I think it was the last scoop of the container because she took out the whole container to the back. As we left I was eating it. Pretty much the whole scoop was crunchy ice, it didn't even taste like ice cream. It was tossed out because it was awful.

Admittedly we arrived at the Sno Biz at closing time. It was Sucker Days in Nixa and we thought we would grab ice cream in a still populated Mill restaurant before heading home. We were rudely notified that the snow Biz machine was shut down and scoop ice-cream was all that we could get. Fine . Upon ordering the three ice cream cones we were subjected to throwing of ice cream scoops, slamming of doors, hateful answers, and general poor service from the girl that was serving us. It would have been better if she would have said that they are closed up front. I understand wanting to get home because it is closing time, but the way we were treated was exceptionally rude and in poor taste. I would not want this person working in a capacity that reflected my business. She was literally shaking with rage as she scooped our ice cream. Hopefully she had some reason to behave in such an inhospitable manner. This was my first time to the Mill but a loyal customer to Snobiz for years. Hopefully this will be addressed.

Their ice cream is great! Love all the different flavors they have, my only “negative” thing is that their syrup flavors like for slushies, never actually taste like the flavor. Specifically the butter beer & pina colada (only two flavors I’ve tried so far) and they are far from what those flavors are. I still recommend this place, I’ll still keep coming here, just would rather get the ice cream. 🍦
