We use the Aroma coffee service and love it. The best coffee and having the option to make all kinds of coffee is great! Matt comes to keep our coffee beans in stock. If we have an issue with our machine, which is rare, they are super quick to send help. Top notch company!!
Chris is always so great when he services our branch! He takes a look at our inventory and makes sure we are fully stocked with everything we need. He’s always in a good mood and willing to help!
Aroma Coffee does a great job servicing our account in Naples, especially when service rep Matt is on the job! He is awesome! Always early, extremely pleasant, knows our account like the back of his hand, very efficient. The few times we have had an issue with a product, he always goes out of his way to either replace or comp the product so we are not out of product. That's extreme customer service! :) Aroma... you know that your service reps ARE your bread and butter...right? That's how you keep your business running.
