Puccino's Coffee

I ordered a Philly biscuit to go. The cafe was not busy. I waited over 15 minutes and could smell something burning in the kitchen. It stunk up the whole place to the point that other patrons noticed. Then my order was ready and I took it and left. Little did I know that it was my food that had been burning until I opened the box later. The “beef” was like grisly pieces of charcoal. There were no onions or peppers as it had stated on the menu. It smelled so bad I threw it away. Obviously I’ll never go back.

I’m just going to be totally honest, if you’re Black,Native,or African American just avoid this spot.The white staff that works here is extremely nasty towards black people sad to say. They will not put the same care and attention when crafting your food and drinks. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always the same experience. I’ve watched them not even greet the black guest but greet the white ones every time. The level of service that the give whites vs blacks is sadly, noticeably different.Save your black dollars and take them elsewhere because we deserve to be treated with the same manner of respect.

Nice local place with great coffee and food. The atmosphere is laid back, and they have a great video poker room.

My caramel macchiato was delicious after I asked the barista to put another half a square of caramel. He had no problem doing it and was very kind. A little pricey but worth it! My medium was like $7

Love the sandwiches, but there is always a wait when you order food. I'm not sure why it takes so long.
