The drinks are good, but honestly overpriced. The ones that you get in the cans are very small (they’re mostly ice) and really expensive. And if you get the jelly, you can’t get it out because the opening of the can isn’t wide enough. You’re definitely paying for a niche experience, not actual product. The cups are just too much and unnecessary. Also extremely wasteful, because I doubt they’re environmentally friendly. I’ve been here twice. The first time the girl at the counter was so overwhelmed she could barely function. My boyfriend ordered and then she just didn’t ask if I wanted anything. The second time, we sat in the chairs by the counter and the owner proceeded to berate the girls behind the counter about training another girl. That should have been a conversation that was held in the back and not in front of customers. This is really where this place lost me. Every single one of those girls were visibly uncomfortable by how they were spoken to. Secondly during this time our drinks were just sat on the counter and that’s were they sat for about 5-7 minutes while everyone behind the counter completely disappeared and not one single person that walked by called out a name. I had to go ask for them before they were handed to us. This place has the potential to be really great but the customer service is lackluster at best. New businesses have quirks sure, but bad service in an area that has more than 5 places to get similar drinks and better service within in walking distance, I would 100% recommend them over here.

Great coffee, big line. Not enough baristas for how busy and I agree they should call out names, not the food/drink order. Just love 11:11!

Atmosphere is great and I think I heard the lady say 2 people didn't show up for the first weekend so that definitely slowed it down. I definitely think it has really good potential. I would just swap to calling names for orders not the drink or food so it isn't just a free for all because you get people waiting in the back for an hour because they can't hear while people who just walked in grab and go. I hope the kinks get worked out 👍

I had the honor of being 11:11 Coquetry Maison's first customer during their soft opening. They were extremely welcoming and the food was amazing. Definitely a great new spot in Wichita.

What a beautiful space with the best vibe for downtown Wichita! Comfortable furniture-I can’t wait to work from here! And plenty of space to have friends gather!
