VilleVelo Bake Shop

Crema's Take
“VilleVelo Bake Shop is a Portland gem where the pastries genuinely live up to the hype—think chocolate fig pecan rugelach that inspire joy and cream-filled popovers that seem almost too good to be real. The space strikes that perfect balance between a quick coffee grab and a lingering sit-down moment, whether you're meeting a friend or flying solo with a caramel latte and a chocolate chip cookie. Warm, attentive staff and a rotating selection of day-old baked goods make this the kind of place where you stop in for coffee and leave with far more than you planned, which is exactly as it should be.”

On a search for joy through pastry I finally found it. The chocolate fig pecan rugelach were a joy. Highly recommend indulging in a visit
A little bakery with big taste, first time there i bought kiche scones tart and breakfast sandwich, I just stopped for a coffee but everything looked and smelled soo good I couldn't help myself and I was right every item I ordered was beyond what I thought it would be the sausage feta broccoli kiche was flavored perfectly wish I had bought a whole pan and probably will next time. Love lauretta Jean's but this Ville Velo Bake Shop is definitely an equal.
TOP bakery in Portland - you must get the popover looking thing, it already looks mouth watering but then they fill it with this cream that obviously must have been made by the Angels working in their kitchen - magical ✨
Okay, pop off! First time in today after a friend of mine (who is a regular) has been suggesting this place for literal months. Very impressed. I got a breakfast sandwich with bacon, HUGE and very satisfying. Service was great. The owners obviously invested time into the aesthetic, which is very fun! Will definitely be back
I had the chocolate chip cookie and a caramel late. Both were excellent. Also picked up a couple of day old cookies that were also very good. The staff were very nice and helpful and answered all my questions. The shop is also very warm and inviting. I will definitely come back when in the area because I love local shops with great food like this one. The prices are also very reasonable.
