Crema's Take

Best Cafe & Bar is a quaint Hot Springs gem that takes both coffee and breakfast seriously, with standout specialty drinks like the Chef's Latte and expertly crafted pastries that keep locals and visitors equally devoted. Their Crème Brûlée French toast and build-your-own omelets showcase meticulous attention to quality ingredients and technique, while the warm, attentive service makes it equally perfect for a solo coffee moment or celebrating with friends. This is the kind of place where the historical charm of the space, the thoughtful food, and genuinely excellent coffee all come together to create something that feels special.

Quaint little breakfast/brunch place with really good coffee and food! The Crème Brûlée French toast is a super solid choice. Nice and flavorful and expertly cooked with caramelized crust and soft middle! The Pork Belly Skillet Hash is nice and succulent with unbeatable flavor and the poached eggs on top adds that Je ne sais quoi that is mind blowingly good! 5/5 stars, definitely recommend!

So, the photo is just of the wall because I found it interesting. It's a historical image of the facility. The Chef's Latte (I think that's what it was called but it was on the specialty drinks menu) started off my meal absolutely superbly! I had the Reuben sandwich which was actually the best Reuben I've ever had, and I've had a few. Very neat and clean place, outstanding food, great service! Higher end on pricing but well worth it. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will gladly return!

This is probably the best breakfast/brunch place I’ve ever had in Hot Springs. I got the bagel which was phenomenal, and I also got a slice of their crème brûlé French toast. The bagel was so good, and was fresh. The French toast was so sweet, but so good as well. My family got the biscuits and gravy, and chocolate chip pancake. They were both really really good as well. Lastly, we got their mimosa flight. We mixed the strawberry and mango it was delicious!! Definitely will be going back!

WOW. We went for brunch, little birthday thing for a friend. They were so helpful! They had our table set up before we arrived, kept our cake in the back until we were ready, and were just so patient and kind the entire time. The food was a little pricey, but honestly I forgot about the price when I tried it. The pork belly might've been the single greatest thing I've ever tasted in my life. It had some potatoes mixed in and 2 perfectly poached eggs on top. The other food looked, and smelled, amazing. But honestly I'm not sure I'll ever be able to order anything else. To be continued. All in all this was a wonderful little breakfast spot and I can't wait to go back. Highly recommend.

I had the "Build your own omelet" and I have not had a better omelet in decades. Nice and fluffy, cooked all the way through, high quality cheddar cheese-not the cheap stuff, freash veggies. The potatoes had bell peppers and onions, herbs, home made jamb on homemade biscuits and real cream for my coffee ☕️ not those little plastic creamer. Come here and bless Captain Kirk our waiter, he is very accommodating and a great way to start the day! Pretty hoast will greet you. Good music too! And the Motel Inn next door called "Best Court" are part of the restaurant are great. Clean linen, comfy beds, nice pillows. Windows that open to let freash air in.
