This food is amazing! I wouldn’t pass this place up if you’re in Longmont. Delicious flavors and the chef is always adding something new and finding new ways to get delicious food to your mouth! If you get the chance to talk to chef/owner you will understand how his love for food and giving an authentic taste of his culture make this some of the best and most unique food in the state of colorado. Go to the farmers market and eat there asap!

Rising Tiger is probably the best upcoming local food business around. Chef Devin has such an amazing gift for food. Using authentic Asian recipes and blending them with American staples, Devin's unique creations are unlike anything else you'll find in Colorado. You have to try his breakfast sandwich and seasonal taiyaki specials at Longmont Farmer's Market. Insanely good! Devin also provides the most incredible meal kits to take home and regular catering events in the Boulder County area too, so there are plenty of opportunities to try Rising Tiger's amazing fare. I'm so glad we have Devin in our community, he always makes everyone feel so welcome and will do his best to make sure you go home feeling full and happy no matter what dietary preferences you might have. A true gentleman!

Chef Devin is in a league of his own when it comes to street food in the metro area. I live in south Aurora and make the drive up to Longmont whenever I can to sample his delicious sandwiches at the Boulder County Farmers Market. And on top of that, he makes a better chili crisp than anything you’ll find in stores.
