Ok so here's the deal coffee amazing. Service stupendous. And the atmosphere was even better me and my wife love visiting dallas and getting out of our country ranch life for a few days and seeing these types of shops and when we walked in a little late for the open mic the small bit we did hear awesome great life lesson and I'd highly suggest you go see this shop stop in grab a coffee or tea the peppermint tea is great and just relax and take a breath and soak it in.
Delicious coffee and Chai. The peanut butter, banana, honey toast was incredible. Loved the vibes. Can't wait to come back!
I stopped by Opening Bell Coffee last week while traveling and absolutely loved it! The chill music vibe hit me as soon as I walked in the door. The coffee and sandwiches were the best I’ve had in a long time, especially the chicken salad sandwich! The music was excellent, and Justin the barista was super friendly. I can't wait to come back next time I'm in town!
This was my second time ordering food with them. My 1st experience was ok. This time not so much, please help me understand why are you selling Chobani yogurt instead of actual yogurt parfait, it's not even listed as Chobani and it doesn't have the granola. Also why was the young lady on the phone and had not completed my order by pick up time, especially if all they made was my frozen blended drink Chobani did the hard part for them. This actually made me late back to work. What's the purpose of ordering ahead?
Note: Reviewing as a coffee shop, not live music venue. If coming for coffee shop, note that during live music events there is sometimes a charge (not sure if it’s every time, but when I was there it was $15 to stay once the live music started, I wasn’t there for the show, so I had to leave). I love the ambience and decor style here and the drink menu has a lot of options. Comfortable seating options for relaxing, reading, studying, hanging out. I like that they stay open late, although I was bummed when I had to either pay a cover charge or leave once the live music started (I had arrived before that and ordered my drink without being told that I’d have to pay or leave shortly, so I was already seated with my drink and book and all, and then when the music started someone came and said I either needed to pay for the music or leave). One reason I like the location is that it’s easy walking distance from the DART station (Cedars station, red & blue lines).
