Cofellow Coffee Parlor

Bright and spacious atmosphere. Ample seating - some cozy chairs and couches - some tall tables and some work spaces. This was a peaceful and vibrant location in a church lobby. Not weird, but calming. We tried 3 hot espresso based drinks: Maverick, Spice Girl, and Miel Gibson. I really enjoyed the Maverick. The homemade maple bourbon syrup and cherrywood smoked espresso beans created a subtle yet distinct flavor profile I’ve never experienced in a coffee drink. It was top shelf good! Also had their batch brew (Ethiopian beans). Light bodied and flavorful. Good straight up/black. Only potential negative (we didn’t experience this) is if it’s crowded, the ambient noise could become uncomfortable. (As it’s mostly a concrete space, conversations could echo.)

The Berry White was delicious and my guest thought so too. She will be back. It was all fantastic, as always. See you guys soon.

Great coffee and atmosphere

Located inside the entry of Vima Church with plenty of seating. It has a modern esthetic with great lofi background music. They have what you expect like coffee (of course), rotating specials, but also non caffeine drinks like hot chocolate and lemonade. Don't sleep on the dirty chai; it was delicious. Oh, and don't forget the pastries. Really nice guys working there when I went that let me hang out for a while working. I'll definitely be back.
