Crema's Take
“Coffeemind is a warm neighborhood gathering spot that's earned serious loyalty for its theatrical rolled ice cream—made fresh in-house with generous portions—paired with approachable, medium-bodied espresso drinks. The welcoming staff and cozy vibe make it feel like a living room for the Queen Anne community, whether you're stopping by for a quick caffeine boost or settling in to watch the ice cream magic happen in person. It's the kind of place where the owner's passion for craft—from espresso to the elaborate ice cream rolling process—creates an experience that feels both special and genuinely unpretentious.”

Cozy neighborhood spot with room for improvement is how I’d describe Coffee Mind. It is a nice local café with a welcoming staff and vibe and a good selection of pastries. Their regular coffee is solid - rich flavor and consistently well-brewed. The croissants and pastries are also a highlight: fresh, flaky, and clearly made with care. However, the Turkish coffee didn’t quite hit the mark - it was a bit bitter and not as smooth as expected, didn’t feel authentic. Cleanliness could also be better; there were a few flies around and the tables weren’t wiped down promptly. Still, it’s a pleasant neighborhood café overall, great for relaxing with a cup of coffee and a pastry.
The strawberry and nutella rolled ice cream was DIVINE. Most places give very little ice cream but this coffee shop gives a very generous portion of rolled ice cream. 7 rolls!! Definitely coming again soon.
I saw signs for this place months ago and finally stopped by. The gentleman shared about how he made the ice cream, and it was fun to finally see this made in-person. I have seen videos of rolled ice cream online in the past. The rolls were sweet and chewy, fun to eat, and not too cold to chew. I'm excited to try other flavors!
Needed a quick pick me up and came here. The rolled ice cream is fresh and delicious! You can’t be disappointed with any flavor. The coffee was great too. It’s a more medium to blonde espresso with hints of nut and chocolate. I highly recommend this place!
I absolutely love this place! Coffeemind Queen Anne has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm, welcoming atmosphere and the friendliest staff. It's such a cozy and inviting environment, perfect for a coffee break or catching up with friends. I tried their coffee, and it was nothing short of amazing—rich, smooth, and not too bitter. The iced oat milk latte was a perfect balance of flavors, and I’m already looking forward to trying their Turkish coffee next time! ☕️ And the rolled ice cream—WOW! It’s such a fun and delicious treat to watch them make it right in front of you with fresh ingredients. I had the strawberry flavor, and it was absolutely delicious! I’ve never had ice cream quite like this before. 🍦 The pastries are another highlight; they pair perfectly with any coffee order. The vibe here is very relaxed, and it’s easy to see why this place is loved by locals. If you're in the area, you definitely need to stop by! I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for great coffee, tasty treats, and a friendly place to unwind.
