Zong Tea Lakeland

Was a regular before new owners. Wish they kept the young girl employee her drinks Was amazing. Tried it today and the young boy was nice but while making my drink walked away 3 different times with my drink in his hand to talk with the other 2 employees that was sitting at the table having a conversation, I understand it was slow but little unprofessional to do that.

I have been here twice now and both times have been wonderful. The owner is very sweet and hospitable and the service is great. The drinks and food are delicious. I look forward to trying all of the menu items during my future visits!

Food and drinks were good. We didnt love the actual brown sugar boba pearls but thats just personal preference. They werent chewy at all they were just hard. The place is also very cute since it got redone. My problem is the service. There was a younger guy here that was not friendly whatsoever. It was just him working, which i could tell he was struggling, but it was us two and a family of three in front of us. We waited over 45 minutes for two drinks and a corndog. It was really disappointing given the prices an the fact that there was one family in front of us who already had half their order by the time we walked in.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Food is very good, I really recommend their milk teas, especially the strawberry one, I was amazed when I first tried it. Their waffles are so good, and have an amazing taste and flavor. Their Korean corndogs are really good as well, perfectly crispy!! Haven't had a bad experience anytime I've been here. Always left satisfied. The building is also BEAUTIFUL!!! The place is decorated in really pretty floral vines on the walls. They also have display drinks and food to look at. This place is one of my favorite things to look forward to when I go!!

Very cute atmosphere. The lady at the front counter was extremely friendly. My total for 2 drinks and wontons came to $21. I gave the cashier $30, and she handed me back $3? I didn't say anything, it wasn't a big deal for me, I just considered it a tip. I asked for a not sweet beverage and it was very sweet. Overall, it was an ok experience, I would try again.
