City Donuts

I had high hopes for quality old school donuts from this establishment. I had hoped it would replace VooDoo for us. I bought a half dozen donuts yesterday at noon and when we ate them at 9 AM this morning, 4 of them were completely stale. Also, very sullen service from the young woman working. A real letdown.

Decided to try with our coffee from next door. They only had a few left at 10am so we bought the remaining donuts. They were so fluffy and delicious!! Can’t wait to go on our next trip to Denver

Been here a couple times and they have always always been very friendly. Even called a day ahead to place a donut order for a party and it was super easy. When it came time to pickup they let me skip the line to purchase and leave quickly. Donuts are consistent and delicious with a highlight being the donut holes.

Z was a wonderful human here today. We were delighted to pass by and have a doughnut. Her company was an added bonus. A great Shopkeep coupled with great donuts equals success. If you’re in Denver and on Colfax, this is the place to stop and get a doughnut. Be sure and tell Z that James and Angie sent their regards. 👍 🍩

Excellent. Stopped in on a Saturday morning around 7:45 a.m. the donuts were fresh and they were delicious. The nice young lady behind the counter was very helpful since I was just visiting and didn't know which flavors might be best. She helped me pick out some for my dozen. They were a big hit with my crew. Coffee was great. Nice and strong but not overpowering. I am now a fan of City Donuts. I will be back next time I'm in Denver.
