The woman who waited on us was definitely in the wrong job. Absolutely miserable. Copped a crappy attitude from the minute we asked a simple question and continued to carry on with her eye rolls and condescending tone. The poor young woman she was “training” was so embarrassed and was trying to be kind to us. I hope she can find a good therapist and get the help she desperately needs or get out of food “service” and work in a profession that doesn’t require human interaction. Ok, I’m done.
Typical unhealthy airport food ( pizza, burgers, sandwiches etc). Very impressed with the service and professionalism. Just two guys working- one at register, the other cooking. There was a large crowd of customers due to flight delays. They were very polite, efficient, and helpful. Good service in rush time is difficult to accomplish!
This place is located inside the airport after security check in. It serves breakfast all day and offers a variety of lunch options including sandwiches, panini's, pizzas, burgers and salads. The grilled buffalo chicken wrap was pretty dry - I'd recommend asking for a side sauce. I'd also give yourself 20 minutes for your food order. Seating is pretty limited and ideal for 1-2 people. There is additional seating just outside the Cafe where there is room for 4 or more. This place is connected to The Junction (a bar) and food can be ordered from the bar. The Cafe offers a variety of drinks and snacks.
It’s average like every other cafe in a airport. The service is fast, and rushed a little bit. The food is high priced for small portions, where other airport cafes around the US give slightly larger portions. Once again it’s a good thing to have in a small airport as it adds key values. The good didn’t taste the best. Atmosphere is like watching a parked plane and people working down there.
It’s a solid choice for a fast and good breakfast, lunch or snack at the Daytona airport. Breakfast is served all day! The tuna sandwich (ask for toasted bread) was excellent! Prices are actually reasonable for an airport “restaurant”....it’s more of a snack bar. It’s small but was not crowded. There is limited seating there but it right next to Gate 4 so there was no issue sitting down to eat! VictorB
