MoonGoat Greenhouse

We ordered the brunch avocado toast, which was amazing. The french toast was also very tasty. I also ordered a latte. The only thing is that the coffee and the food don't come out at the same time.

Came on a cloudy day, so the ambience was okay. But the interior design is super beautiful. Their prices were a little high, which is to be expected for Orange County lol, but the drinks were good! There was a rush when we came, so not a lot of available seating indoors and parking is not available at the site. Better to park at South Coast and walk about 10 minutes to the coffee shop. They sell plants at the cafe so that was beautiful to see.

Moongoat Greenhouse is a full sensory reset. The light pours in, everything is lush and plant filled, and the space feels airy and calm without being sleepy. It’s the kind of vibe that makes you take your time, people watch a little, and suddenly you’re in a much better mood just sitting there with your cup. The flat whites were dialed in, silky, balanced, and exactly how I want a flat white to taste. The iced chai was refreshing and clean, not cloying. The grilled cheese was comforty and crisp in all the right places, and the cookie was genuinely decadent. Big shoutout to Andrew, beautiful latte art, super warm energy, and somehow he managed to keep the quality perfect while handling multiple tickets at once, plus making a hot chocolate that tasted as good as it looked.

MoonGoat Coffee Shop is such a lovely spot! The interior is very aesthetically appealing—cozy, modern, and welcoming—and the food looks just as good as the space itself. I ordered a hot matcha latte, and it was the perfect temperature, staying warm enough for me to enjoy even after it was made. The ham and cheese croissant was absolutely delectable—flaky, savory, and very satisfying. Definitely a place I’d come back to! ☕🥐

I enjoyed the matcha latte ($5.75). It was almost overflowing so it was difficult to carry over to the seat. I asked for no sweeteners but the drink still had faint sweetness which made it easy to drink. The place has a high ceiling and has plenty of room for seating. Appreciate the free wifi as well. Will return :)
