Beyond the creative drinks, their Belgian waffles with unexpected pairings (like scallion cream cheese) and consistently excellent espresso make this worth the detour to Woodstock. The whole operation runs from a coffee trailer inside a thoughtfully designed space, which somehow adds to the charm rather than detracting from it.”
