Ecclesia Bakery & Cafe - Carrollton

Tried this little place on recommendation from one of our solar customers and it did not disappoint. Unique and tasty desserts, pleasant staff and atmosphere. Stop in and check it out.

Salt bread, salt bread, salt bread! If you are looking for salt bread there are 4 places next to each other. In terms of taste, Ecclesia salt butter bread tastes like buttered dinner rolls, but at least its cheap. It was 3rd best. I would stick with their delicious cakes, like they're earl gray chiffon. I'll be honest, I don't get the craze they all literally tastes like a salty buttered rolls.

I’ve tried the Ecclesia in Lewisville and wanted to give this location a go. I thought the matcha flavor wasn’t the greatest and it comes pre sweetened and pre mixed. The pastries are interesting but even the savory options border on the sweeter side- just a heads up for those who may expect the garlic bread pastry to be on the more salty side. Their cakes are so delicious!

Bought their $47 Christmas Earl Grey Chiffon cake #3, only to find out that the entire middle section was filled with cream. No other bakery does this. I won't be purchasing any cake from here anymore.

The Tiramisu cake is SO delicious! Must try! So creamy, so coffee-ey, and overall a delight. My coworkers got me this cake for my birthday the first time I tried it, & now, I’m constantly buying it to gift people to try. Highly Recommended * (& its Gluten Free) , also I recommend trying any of their other cakes as well as they are all delicious and made fresh daily!
