Okay to start off, this place is absolutely amazing! I came for the first time with my kiddos and it was a clean and friendly environment. For this place to be open only 4 weeks they are doing great! The staff is so sweet and the coffee is delish!! I loved seeing them play with my babies, they were so attentive and respectful. They were constantly wiping down surfaces and cleaning up after the kids. I will 1000% come again .

This was our first time at this play place and we were kind of disappointed. It is a really small play area and you pay $15 for a 2 hour limit which is pretty steep in my opinion. However it’s not 2 hours from when you get there it’s set time slots (which ofc we weren’t aware of as it was our first time) we got there 45 minutes before the current time slot was up. It was ok just being $15 for what it was I most likely won’t return. The one I where I’m from originally was $5 and you could play as long as you wanted. Realistically not many parents are gonna keep their kid there for two plus hours but the set time frame is what really threw me off.

We are so happy to have playdates here! I took my little guy here a few days ago and it was perfect. The time slot was full and I felt as though they had the perfect amount of kids. The workers were constantly cleaning, tidying, and playing with the kids. They also have a “to be washed” bin for toys that have made it to little mouths. The coffee was also 10/10!

Beautiful, clean space where kids can play and explore safely. Staff is super friendly and attentive, and the owners are really nice and passionate about what they do. The coffee bar is a great bonus for parents! Overall, just a really welcoming and well-run place for families.

I was 100% more stressed out than it was enjoyable. We brought our 7m old and 3.5 year old and it was complete chaos we left after an hour or so. Kids running rampant like it was a zoo, parents not watching their children and no staff around (just in the coffee area) to help ensure safety and help enforce rules. Our 7m old was in what I would have assumed the infant / small kids area (ball pit and crawling soft play) and there were kids 4,5,6,7 in there jumping and throwing balls at our baby multiple times (which I of course corrected and told them to stop!) One girl kicked my toddler down the slide while she was waiting for it to be cleared by another rider, causing her back to hurt. And don’t get me started on the germs and green mucus I saw coming from multiple kids in there playing, that was the final straw once I noticed sick kids there. Not one time did an employee come over to spray or wipe down anything the entire time we were there and of course now both kids are sick and the infant is in the hospital fighting rhinovirus. I understand it was their first few weeks of opening so I hope they take this review and make positive changes for the future with cleaning, ensuring safety protocols are followed, a stricter no sick policy and ensuring parents are watching their children.
