Crema's Take

Not Ya Mama's Vegan Cafe proves you don't need animal products to make craveable comfort food—their crispy chicken sandwich and loaded breakfast sandwiches with hash browns are so convincing that non-vegans keep coming back for more. The execution is consistently excellent, from fresh-cut fries to seasonal drinks like their pumpkin latte, and the friendly staff makes everyone feel genuinely welcome whether you're vegan or just vegan-curious. Fair warning: the prices reflect the quality and effort, but Salem's best kept secret is worth the splurge.

The BEST vegan breakfast sandwich I've ever had...and will probably ever have !!!! I got a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel...it has a hash brown in it and it was CRAZY good!!! Even the hashbrown itself was so delicious...can't wait to come back and try more!

Very impressed with your *Chicken sandwich. Everything fresh, nice crispy patty with very near real chicken taste. I’m not a vegan, just a veggie fanatic. Little spensive but so is everything lately.
